Jo McDonald is a UK designer maker specialising in combining British porcelain with precious metals and stones in a fine jewellery context. Trained at Central St Martins College of Art, London, Jo’s work has received acclaim from Zaha Hadid when her ring was chosen as one of the architect’s favourite pieces in the prestigious Goldsmiths Fair, London in 2014. Her work has been featured in ‘The Telegraph Luxury’ and Financial Times ‘How to Spend It’. Jo is known for her problem solving, making and design skills and is frequently commissioned to design a wide variety of pieces for Madame Tussauds celebrity figures worldwide.
